Hi! I’m Erica and so glad you found me.

Who I am:

A gently fierce and spirited woman with an active inner child and eternal optimism, I am on a mission to bridge the gap between the sacred & modern world.

I spent a decade in the high-velocity world of global tech operations from DC to NYC, designing the architecture and human systems that allowed organizations to thrive and accelerate. That time revealed my innate capacity to nurture and anchor people through intense growth. I saw firsthand that corporations mirror family systems, holding a deep, often unacknowledged need for compassion and empathy. Today, I serve as a Coach and Consultant for mission-driven leaders, helping them translate their most revolutionary visions into grounded, impactful reality.

I view my work as a midwifery process. Whether you are birthing a global movement, an intentional organizational culture, a new version of your sovereign self, or deeper intimacy within your life and family, I am by your side—holding the space and helping you deliver.

My practice lives at the intersection of precision and presence. Most importantly, I will support you in turning complexity into simplicity by helping you focus on the elemental nature of your project. I bring the logistical rigor of a tech executive, the intuitive depth of a healer, and creative perspective of an artist. From decolonizing the mind to restructuring the boardroom (or living room), I help you return to your truth so you can lead from a place of pleasure, ease, joy, fun, and freedom.

My Approach:

I help you find safety through building structure & strategy, access presence via somatic & energetic practices, and deliver creativity with ritual & ceremony.

The Evidence:

My methodology has been forged in the fires of both modern industry and ancient wisdom. It is informed by a decade of operational, technical leadership at 2U, Yext, and WeWork, and sanctified by deep self-study in Somatic Attachment, Decolonial Psychology, and the Healing Arts. I give thanks to my many teachers - the greatest being Mother Earth and the ancestral Cherokee lands I currently walk upon.
