Who I am:

Hi! My name is Erica Rose Leib and I’m so glad you found me.

I help people and organizations navigate growth & transitions with compassion by bringing together strategy, embodied leadership, and human connection.

Rooted in connection to Mother Earth and ancestral wisdom, I hold a vision of seeing humanity thrive and helping to bridge the gap between the sacred & modern world.

I spent many years working in the corporate world, leading global tech operations from DC to NYC, designing the systems that allowed organizations to thrive and accelerate. That time revealed my innate capacity to nurture and anchor people through intense growth and great uncertainty, while maintaining a steady vision. I took that knowledge with me to begin my entrepreneurial journey in 2020 and receive several certifications in the healing arts. I now gratefully weave these paths together, knowing there is profound intersectionality and opportunity for revolutionary change.

I’ve been told I have “a unique gift for high-level connection,” am “a passionate guide for those ready to explore the depths of their potential,” and “a master of structure and sanctuary.”

Who I support:

Whether you are creating a global movement, an intentional organizational culture, a new version of yourself, deeper intimacy in your relationships, or expanding your family, I am by your side, holding the space (+ your hand), so that you can deliver.

My practice lives at the intersection of precision and presence, guiding you back to simplicity. I bring the logistical rigor of a tech executive, intuitive depth of a healer, and creative perspective of an artist. I draw from experience in operational excellence and elemental wisdom, continuously seeing how these viewpoints inform and impact one another. Ultimately, I support anyone who is ready to remember what matters & trust their truth so that they move from a place of security, ease, joy, purpose, and freedom.

My Approach:

I help you find safety through building structure & strategy, access presence via somatic & energetic practices, and deliver creativity with ritual & ceremony.
