My Journey

Hi! I’m so glad you found me.

I have embarked on the heroine’s journey, the deepest descent to my most true self and through that process, have gone through several iterations in my personal and professional life. I’ve held many roles and consider myself an artist, entrepreneur, educator, and friend. In the many waves of change, I have become that much stronger and wiser. I know that I am here to offer unshakeable compassion, nurturance, grace, belief, and unconditional love.

I believe that humanity is facing extensive degrees of stress on physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and social levels that diminish us from being in our most vital state. It is in our aliveness, in mind, body, and spirit that we thrive. I see my work as a great honor to help individuals, couples, families, and organizations live well.

My Approach

I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone and that you (already!) have everything you need within you. I am here to be a compassionate witness along your journey. I believe that we all are already whole and it’s simply about remembering that.

My belief is that healing is holistic and collective. I incorporate this lens into my practice and strive to embody a comprehensive and inclusive perspective.

Through active listening, thoughtful questioning, and poignant reflecting, I will be a partner to help you map out your truth. I incorporate modalities like breathwork, meditation, prayer, archetypal & mythological reference, dance, energy work, bodywork, interior design, logistical and technological support, and intuitive guidance. My goal is to serve as a guide for you to come to your own conclusions & navigate toward inner safety, trust, acceptance, compassion, love, and ultimately, freedom. I believe that self-discovery is meant to and can be FUN!
